Dr. Smith is exactly the same way as a dentist as he is as a person. He’s kind and gentle, and I’ve never once heard him raise his voice. As a boss, he is unbelievable, I couldn’t ask for better.

We have a great group of people, it’s like a well-oiled machine. The practice is so geared to helping people not to have a fear of going to the dentist, and after most people come in and experience it, they don’t have that fear. We hear it so often, “I was so nervous, and it was so easy.”
